Info

From mental overload to one clear next move — an AI life planner with capture, schedule, decide, and reflect in one loop.

Role
Personal Product
Creator / AI Engineer
Apr–May 2026
Stack
Next.js
FastAPI
Multi-Agent
pgvector
Proof
1,645 automated backend tests on main, with CI eval gates (plan actionability ≥ 0.8 to ship)
6 coordinated agents over a 4-layer memory — context survives across sessions
Live end-to-end: Next.js on Vercel, FastAPI + Postgres/pgvector behind it
Ideas outrun the calendar, and to-do apps don't decide anything.

01Brain Dump, Nothing Lost

Say everything at once and every item is extracted into its own typed draft — task, schedule block, decision, or reference. Five or more open a review modal with per-row commit; a toast says exactly where everything landed. Dump more than 15 and it says "first 15 of ~20" instead of pretending.

7-item dump → review modal → commit all

02Your Day, Planned With Reasons

The AI Time Box reads your goals, calendar, and energy pattern, then proposes the day as a diff: what's added, what moves, what stays. Every block carries a reason — "peak energy window" — calendar conflicts auto-move with a visible badge, and nothing saves until you tap Save to my day.

Diff sheet with per-block reasoning, then saved

03Tell It — It Does It, Reversibly

Most AI chat ends in advice; this chat ends in state. Say "I want to learn Spanish this year" and the goal exists — categorized, tracked, feeding tomorrow's plan. Because the AI acted on its own, the reply carries an Undo chip; one tap reverses it cleanly, no orphaned data.

Goal created autonomously, then undone

04Today — One Right Move

The day opens with a Morning Brief, then gets out of the way. The screen is deliberately sparse: one START HERE block with a human reason attached and a single Begin button — with Skip today and Already finished equally visible. No guilt loop. Quick Capture files any thought without leaving the page.

05A Real Focus Timer

Tap Begin and a real session starts — the button becomes a live countdown, the header flips to Focusing. Finish and the block dissolves into "One done. Momentum's yours." before the next focus is auto-promoted. This is the execution moment the whole product funnels toward.

Begin → countdown → completion celebration

06Plan — Shape the Day

A vertical timeline with the NOW window highlighted. A fresh day greets you honestly — "Nothing scheduled. Want me to shape it from your active goals?" — and one tap has the AI build the day live, with the same per-block reasoning. Calendar events show as fixed context; library items as dashed suggestions.

Empty state → Plan my day → populated timeline

07Decide — Close the Open Loops

Decision threads track a current recommendation and an opposing consideration side by side — the product deliberately argues both sides — with Analyze with AI scoring options against your actual goals. The Library triages saves into Ready now / Worth parking / Reference only, and Schedule lands them as real time blocks.

Analyze with AI, decide, schedule from Library

08Reflect — The Honest Mirror

The week in review, truthful rather than congratulatory: Memory shows what the system is holding onto, each signal tagged with a Why-this expander; Rhythms splits goals into Drift and Steady; Still Echoing resurfaces what you never closed. Nothing celebrates work that didn't happen.

09A Team of Specialists, One Voice

Every message routes to the right specialist — Coach for stuck moments, Planner for time, Analyst for patterns, Curator for content — and a Companion applies one consistent tone at the end, so six agents feel like one assistant. Replies arrive tagged with who answered, plus tappable next steps.

10It Learns You — Correctably

Chat turns feed a lightweight extraction restricted to four memory types; near-duplicates merge with rising confidence. The learning is visible ("I just noticed…"), auditable in Settings, and consequential: three negative-mood messages in a row and tomorrow's plan automatically gets lighter.

Capture

Brain dumps stop being lossy — the capture feature was built after real data loss showed up in daily use, and it's live-tested at 15 items filed to 4 destinations.

Decisions

Good AI UX reduces decisions instead of generating more content: the AI organizes, connects and proposes; the human keeps control of every consequential action.

Trust

Every AI action can be verified and undone — the chat is never allowed to claim something that didn't happen, and anything the AI does on its own carries its own undo.

Who It Serves
Knowledge WorkerStops being the integration layer re-explaining context to five tools every morning.
Solo BuilderOne loop from thinking to doing instead of Notes + Todoist + Calendar + journal + ChatGPT.
Career-SwitcherRuns a job hunt and a side project at once without losing intentions to the backlog.
Every release is scored by automated judges before it ships — the eval numbers live in the engineering lens. Usage metrics don't exist yet, so none are claimed.
